With support from the US Embassy, CCSA is hosting Addressing the Opioid Crisis: Lessons Learned from the United States. Alongside local experts, Dr. Ballantyne, Physicians for Responsible Opioid Prescribing (PROP), will speak to her work promoting rational opioid prescribing through advocacy, research and education. Dr. Komaromy of the ECHO Institute, will discuss her successes engaging and supporting primary care teams to provide buprenorphine treatment for opioid use disorder through Opioid ECHO programs.
