Alzheimer Society of Manitoba Lunch Talk hosted by GIG

The Geriatrics Interest Group is thrilled to announce that the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba will be coming to put on a presentation for the college’s students. There will be two speakers in attendance. The first is the author Liz Murray who will be doing a book reading from her novel “Holding On To Mamie. My Mother Dementia and Me”. The second speaker is Norma Kirkby who will be talking to us about creating dementia friendly communities in Manitoba. Food will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there!
