MWIG Mentorship Talks: Rural Medicine

Dr. Trina Mathison will speak about her journey as a woman in medicine, including her training up to this point, what rural medicine is like for a female physician, and challenges that she has faced along the way. Dr. Mathison is a family physician in Dauphin and has devoted a portion of her practice to geriatric care in Dauphin’s personal care homes.

Attendance will be open to a small number of female-identifying medical students.
