Surgery and Global Health Panel

Join the MMSA Global Health Portfolio and the Surgical Student Interest Group in a panel discussion with speakers in experience with global surgery. Dr. Melanie Morris, a pediatric surgeon and the head of the Winnipeg Global Surgery Office, will be the main speaker of the evening. Speakers will be discussing their experiences in delivering surgical care within resource-limited settings and marginalized populations. Short presentations will be provided by speakers with a Q&A session after for any questions students may have.
