Physicians advocate for patients every day. Through this experience, many want to take their advocacy to the next level — to make changes to the system and the profession. At the CMA, we’re proud to help our members turn their aspirations into action by providing advocacy skills coaching to medical students and physicians across the country.
Our Introduction to Advocacy program presents a five-step process for building an effective advocacy campaign and teaches participants how to apply this process to advance their own ideas. You can request training at any time; delivery depends on resource availability.
The CMA’s advocacy coaching sessions are open to all, with priority given to CMA members.
This session is mandatory for all those wanting to attend Provincial Lobby Day this year.
RSVP’s will follow the MMSA guidelines (if you can no longer attend after the deadline you must find a replacement for you.)
