Intro to Interpretation Services

This is a collaborative event between Languages in Medicine, Immigrants and Refugees Health Interest Group, and the Local Officers of Global Health Education. The purpose of this event is to familiarize students with how to take advantage of interpretation services in hospitals once moved on to clinical settings, and what are the potential challenges as well as ways to overcome barriers to communications with our newcomer population.
