Our long hours of studying have led to muscle imbalances. Some examples being, forward head posture, rounded shoulders, or an anteriorly tilted pelvis. These changes lead to pain, a decrease in mechanical efficiency and an increased risk of injury.
Demonstrations on why conventional studying habits create these outcomes will be exhibited. More importantly, you will take home practical regiments to mitigate these changes in a safe and effective manner. Understanding these principles will aid in your studies and future practices. There will be 1-2 physiotherapists lending their expertise at this event.
