Roles in Public Health – PHIG Panel Discussion

Four public health speakers from different government and non-government organizations will share their perspectives on public health and shed light on the diversity a career in public health may have. Speakers will include Dr. Joel Kettner (International Centre for Infectious Disease), Dr. Jim Strong (Public Health Agency of Canada), Dr. Jared Bullard (Cadham Laboratory), and Dr. Lawrence Elliott (Medical Officer of Health). Each member represents a different level of government or NGO and will be participating in a panel afterward to demonstrate how each would look at a public health problem. Food will be provided.
