2.Recognize the signs and symptoms of distress
3.Describe strategies for managing stress and optimizing resilience
We will focus on practical strategies that students can learn and implement right away.
Dr. Gigi Osler, Doctors Manitoba Wellness Committee Chair and Mr. Jason Brooks will be talking about practical approaches in dealing with anxiety around exams, ward, and life in medicine.
