The MMSA Student Initiative Grants (SIG) program was developed to ensure that Manitoba medical students have the opportunity to obtain funding for their innovative projects and initiatives. Applications are evaluated on their enhancement of the experience of Manitoba medical students, enhancement of the local, provincial, and national community, as well as the level of planning evident in their proposal.
