Osteoporosis has substantial morbidity implications in older adults. Learn about pertinent history and clinical exam findings relating to osteoporosis.
Station 3; Blood Pressure Measurements in the Elderly
Learn how to take a proper blood pressure to assess orthostatic hypotension! An extremely important skill to have going into clerkship!
Station 4: Geri Rehab
Learn about Geri Rehab programming, fall risk assessments, how to properly guide patients using mobility aids, and how to safely transfer elderly patients in a hospital setting.
