Submit an Event

Complete the form to submit your event to the MMSA for posting on our website. Share details so that other students can discover and attend your event.

General Information

Include the exact dates that the event will not occur.
Upload a .jpg, .png or .gif for your event. File must be under 2MB in size.
Upload a file or drag and drop
    Select from one or many event categories.
    Select a venue. If your venue is not listed, select "Other" and provide more information in the box below.
    If you selected "Other" in the Venue Details list above, please provide the name of your venue in this box.
    Select an organizer. If the organizer is not listed, select "Other" and provide more information in the box below.
    If you selected "Other" in the Organizer Details list above, please provide the name of the organizer in this box.
    Enter URL for event information.
    Enter a "0" for events that are free.

    Virtual/Hybrid Events

    Complete this section if your event will be hosted virtually or hybrid.

    Enter URL for your meeting link or hosted video (e.g. if uploaded to YouTube or Vimeo).
