MED 3: CFPC Indigenous Medical Student Scholarship Application Deadline

Due April 19 by 4:00 pm.  Students must apply for the Indigenous award directly to the CFPC National office.

A complete application for the CFPC Indigenous Medical Student Scholarship must include: • Your graduating year • The name of your university In separate documents uploaded as PDFs, please provide:

1. An essay explaining why you should be considered for this scholarship
2. A CV (maximum four pages)
3. Three letters of reference, one each from:
   1. A faculty member
   2. A faculty member who is also a family doctor
   3. A member of your Aboriginal community
